years, we have become aware that there is a requirement

that maintain the traditional characteristics of Puglia.
Therefore, we are proud to present our latest projects for off plan
trulli and lamia builds.
These new trulli offer all the beauty of an original
trullo with the benefit of modern building techniques and
maximum use of space and light. Prices start from Euros 200,000 for the basic 2 bedroom model.
New houses often tend to scar rather than enhance the landscape but not this unique lamia; it has been designed to blend into the terraces and dry stone walls of the Pugliese countryside. The basic plan is for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, chill out zone, garden front and back. Prices start from Euros 300,000.
As well as the trulli and lamia new builds, there are the modular houses and a modern masseria.
