The list of restaurants here is the result of many months’ research by the Apuliabella Team. We can now boast expanding waistlines and an increased appreciation of the excellent food and wine to be found in Puglia which is so different from other parts of Italy. The comments included on each restaurant are our personal comments so we would love to hear from anyone with anything to add.
