 | This is a modern interpretation of the traditional Pugliese farmhouse based on the Domus Romana.
The proposed complex would be contained within dry stone walls and comprise:- main building on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge, large farmhouse kitchen/diner and with a private garden to the rear
- three or four separate units with one or two bedrooms, en suite bathroom, living room, roof terrace and private patio area
- large swimming pool and garden within the courtyard
- quiet meditation area
the idea being of a family home with sub units which may be subsequently let or sold. However, the design can be easily adapted to suit specific requirements. |
